Update from Titan 0.2.0 to Titan 0.2.1 #2

This should hopefully be straightforward.

This is done as of 84a6842ddef9ea3ddecd57790e94a4a23dc444ac. It depends on snapshots currently for Archimedes and Ogre, but there isn't major work going into those. Mostly just typing hinting right now in those libraries. I imagine with a release of the two other libraries, Titanium would be all set up for another alpha release (and a blog post detailing what just happened in regards to Hermes-> Archimedes and Ogre, and Titanium being rebased). After all that, 0.3.0 will probably have just been released for Titan and we can get to work rewriting all of the tests for embedded cassandra and seeing what new features need to be wrapped.

My guess is that after 0.3.0 there will be a lull in releases for Titan that will let us catch up on documentation and general development. They have to get Fulgora out the door soon and Faunus and Titan have gotten a ton of love lately.

That's more or less the plan, except that we won't let the docs go completely out of date at any point. Thank you for the update!
