Apologies, someone else got in there after you, and I didn't see this one until that showed up today.
i love the plug-in. i'm thrilled that you're improving osticket.
we use it to manage tickets for PlumbersStock.com and a few other sites we run. Our tickets have gotten way too many for the app. We can throw endless hardware resources at it, but there are too many bottlenecks.
I'm hoping this will help. I've already modified it to delete really old tickets that are still open too. We have about 400k of those. mostly spam, or tickets where we responded to a customer and they didn't ever respond back.
If you have other suggestions, please let me know. If you want a job, and are willing to move to Southern Utah (near Zion National Park), let me know that too. I'd hire you tomorrow if we could agree on terms.
