It doesn't work on the version v.17.2 #19

Anyone has tried this with v1.17.2? It doesn't work for me. Below is what my configurations look like:

osTicket Version v1.17.2 (8fbc7ee) —  Up to date
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 8.0.28
PHP Version 8.0.22

Works on the agent side, but not client side... :-(

I'm unable to install it at all in ver. 1.18... It just crashed the site entirely. Is there any line of sight on an update?
