No detail ticket in slack notice #29

hi i just install osticket 1.14.3, and add slack notification plugin. slack notification running well, but no detail ticket on slack message. can you help me to show detail ticket on slack message ?

i use plugin slack v2 and show detail in slack notice, thanks
