Changed all .38 subnet values to .56 to fix VirtualBox #728

PR to fix Issue #727. Changing default subnets for all machines to use the default allowed 192.168.56.0/21 range. This will prevent users from needing to update their /etc/vbox/networks.conf file just to install Detection Lab.

Ah derp, I forgot PRs from forks can't access CI build secrets. I'll go ahead and merge this and just run a test manually. Thanks again!

Ah, I don't think it has been updated on AWS. I'll push out new AMIs sometime this week
