Logger timeout on apt-fast install #794

Please verify that you are building from an updated Master branch before filing an issue.

Description of the issue:

Running the apt-fast command manually on Logger shows that it is unable to resolve or connect to the apt-fast repository, though DNS resolves fine on the system. Bypassed this issue by manually changing the command to apt install and it worked to complete this step.

thank you. I was having the same issue with ansible logger hanging for a long time and apt worked
