Add Kali Linux VM #831

Add a VM definition for running Kali connected to the lab network. It is not started unless explicitly done by vagrant up kali.

Hello! I appreciate the PR, but unfortunately I purposely made the decision not to include additional boxes like Kali because it adds to the overhead of supporting the project (e.g. people have an expectation of this working across all providers) so unfortunately I'm going to close this.
