Testcases depend on missing files

some unittests try to start missing exe files
e.g.
C:\_projects\py_pywinauto\controlspy0798\\Status bar.exe
C:\_projects\py_pywinauto\controlspy0798\\Tab.exe
C:\_projects\py_pywinauto\controlspy0798\\List View.exe
C:\_projects\py_pywinauto\controlspy0798\\rebar.exe
