Adding support for link_names in webhook #27

Just a simple support to parse user names in text sent via webhook.

Hey, is there any chance this could be merged or should I close it? Part of Christmas cleanup :-)

wondering if this should be a boolean true/false instead of 0/1? seems like the original api implementation was a mistake :(
