Nope. Wiinstall was a mistake and is unsupported. It's developed into Dop-Mii: 
WiiBrew Edition, which, once again, won't support patching IOS.

IOS58 + AHBPROT is coming soon to main DOP-Mii though, which will allow 
installing patched IOS'.

okay so i will wait for new dop-mii !

Can you also mind issue21 and update IOS36 to v3607 in the fakesigning 
installer ! ;)
