It looks like you are using a non-working IOS. Try IOS 36 or 38.It may work.

236 (v5) is a patched version of 36 (my 36 is official not patched), so i don't
understand why it won't work with it.
+ I also tried with AHBPROT and cIOS 249 (v20b base 56), no luck.
As I said, I remember you had this fixed in an earlier version, don't know why
it happens again.
(It happens with both Normal & WiiBrew Edition v15)

I don't get this nor does anyone else seem to. Idk, why you do :/ I need the
stack dump to properly investigate it or there really nothing I can do.

This is going to sound really weird. But could you try again? Someone just
e-mailed me saying NUS was down for a little bit causing DOP-Mii to crash for
them but it's working fine now. Thanks in advance, and I also apologize in case
this ends up wasting your time.

Well, this works like a charm with AHBPROT, sysCheck crashes when starting
though, but that's another issue :P

You know whats weird is that I didn't change a line of code. I just gave you
the .elf instead of the .dol o_0 I think there's something weird still going on
with libogc's building process. Anyways, thank you very much, I'll probably
reupload DOP-Mii in a moment with this in place of the .dol it comes with ;)
Will also probably do the same to the WiiBrew Edition.
And any info you can give on syscheck crashing is always appreciated. Im most
interested in what IOS it crashes on for you ;)

Having the same troubles ! In both Wiibrew edition & main Dop-Mii !

Did you try the .elf I put up here?

It's really interesting how DOP-Mii crashes almost randomly on sysChecks :P
To be honest I don't really care about sysCheck as long as Downloading &
Updating stuff works fine xD
Since there are so many unexplainable crashes on sysCheck I'd suggest removing
this option :)
I like testing though, so I did some tests on sysCheck...
When running with AHBPROT it Always crashes before it even starts scanning, it
says 40 safe IOSes and after the screen changes to the next one > crash:
http://stashbox.org/1048006/DopMii_sysCheck_CodeDump.jpg
If i get it to load 236 (most of the time I get crash dump when trying to load
with 236, but there are also lucky times where it loads normally) the sysCheck
starts fine but when it reaches IOS 22 (after 28) it stucks, I suspect that my
version (the latest one from DOP-Mii) is not compatible with it.

I've reuploaded the main branch and wiibrew edition for download. Both of them
are built correctly now so there should be no more nus crashes. Thanks for the
help in allowing me to fix this as swiftly as possible.

I had the same crashing problem and the .elf file solved it for me.

Again, I've _just_ reuploaded the binaries and they should be fixed now. Thanks
for letting me know though.
