user reassign script should print a summary once complete #33

For both the confirmed and dry run cases it should end with printing:

total tasks / opportunities total tasks / opportunities that had errors

@anemitz I did first line. and second line, errors. I stopping now on first error. guess I need parameter like --continue-on-error in this case.
