Background
You'll model this sheet off of Flint's Statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Fund Net Position here. You can also look at Clayton's table (page 50 in Clayton's PDF in this folder).
This will put you on the correct branch. You'll push any changes here.
Excel
[x] Create a new sheet, using the Net Position - Prop Funds as the template. Name the new tab Prop Fund Stmt of Rev Exp and Chg
[x] Change the header: the statement will be Statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Fund Net Position, and the date should be "For the Year Ended" + the date from the Master Info tab. (You can copy the formula from B4 on the Statement of Activities sheet.
[x] Change the section headers to match the bolded headers on Flint's Statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Fund Net Position here.
[x] Extend any formulas so all the total rows are automatically summing the right rows.
Look up table
We also want to add a new look-up table with the right labels, but this will be more confusing. When you get to this point, let me know and I can walk you through the following tasks more clearly.
[x] Add a new tab with a look-up table for appropriate labels using the taxonomy sheet's Proprietary Funds tab under the Proprietary Funds Revenues Expenses headers. (I think sections 600000 and 604000 are duplicates, so copying one would be sufficient).
[x] Create new groups from the lookup table that correspond to each header on the Prop Fund Stmt of Rev Exp and Chg tab. Edit the line item drop down menus in column B to pull from the appropriate groups.
[x] Edit the formulas in column A to use the correct lookup table.
