Goal

Marc took a look at the template and gave us a few more edits. Fixing these should let us use the template for Clayton's ACFR.

• [x] Can you confirm if you get any warnings when you open the document about either circular references or external links? If you see either, I can help you debug those.
• [x] Will you format all the $ values in the sheets as integers – no decimal places (this is for the yellow cells where the user will input data and also for the gray cells that auto-populate).
• [x] Left justify the dates for each sheet (usually cell B4) (edited)
• [x] Can you alphabetize the Lookup GovFund Stmt Rev Exp Ch within each category? (Basically, we want the drop-down menus in the GovFund Stmt Rev Exp Ch to be alphabetical).
• [x] For each table, will you look at the corresponding lookup table and delete any rows that include tags we already hard-coded into the sheet. For example, GovFund Stmt Rev Exp Ch has tag acfr:RevenuesModifiedAccrual in cell A23, so we would want to delete row 160 from the Lookup GovFund Stmt Rev Exp Ch table.

@sarraha786 Additional tasks:

• [ ] Add “IntergovernmentalRevenueFromStateAllOtherModifiedAccrual” and “acfr:MiscellaneousOtherRevenueModifiedAccrual” to the look up table for GovFund Stmt of Rev Exp and Chg. (These aren't on the Excel taxonomy, but they're on the YETI site.) Will you also make sure that they appear in the drop down menus for GovFund Stmt of Rev Exp and Chg as well.
• [ ] We want to alphabetize the modified accrual options for the Lookup Net Position while keeping the full accrual tags also alphabetized. There are probably two ways to do this -- feel free to implement it either way:
  • Add a column to Lookup Net Position with the high-level category (assets, liabilities, deferred_inflows, etc). Basically this would be what's already in column A but we want current_assets, noncurrent_assets, and assets to all be categorized as assets. Then you can alphabetize the tags within each of these high-level categories. (And then make sure the two sheets that rely on the lookup table -- Statement of Net Position and GovFund Balance Sheet -- have drop downs with the right options.
    • OR add a new tab with a lookup table for just the modified accrual tags, sort them by category, alphabetize them., and adjust the drop down menus for GovFund Balance Sheet
