Improve web design #6

Goal:

Make the site look more professional and generally better looking...

Info:

The relevant html code for the web app is in template/site/. base_page.html will be the more important document to change. The associated CSS document is in static/css/style.css. The html pages use jinja2 formatting.

Additional task - get umich domain associated with site. Email sent to myersca@umich.edu on 3/25/2024 requesting url acfr.closup.umich.edu. Relevant info on https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/47/LSAPortal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1648

Also, UM has alerted us that we will need to include XBRL copyright text somewhere with this app, we're looking into this more but for the demo version I think we can just have a hyperlink to https://xbrl.us/home/about/legal/acfr_legal/

Update: Looks like we can get acfr.closup.fordschool.umich.edu; Natalie is also exploring embedding the heroku site on a page on the CLOSUP website, let's discuss on 4/9/24
