We have several auto-generated PRs from GitHub for updating the Golang libs. This task is to track that work.

A high-level plan to complete this task will be to:

for every lib change made in a PR, locally merge it in, re-build the corresponding image, run tests.
if the tests pass then merge the corresponding PR.
