What would you like to be added : I'd like to suspend a Linux network interface for a cloud adaptive network (e.g., cbnet0 like eth0) from the remote.

Why is this needed : It's needed to reconfigure cbnet0 with network changes in underlayer(?). suspending() would be the initial operation for this.
