Check X-Request-Id in request Header and set it if it's empty in the RequestIdAndDetailsIssuer middleware
Remove or replace common.StartRequestWithLog()
- Note: common.EndRequestWithLog() will be removed or replaced

There are a lot of changes, but most of them are similar :-)
