Update REST API and Swagger API docs for On-Premise/Cloud User Migration Model management features

• Update ./pkg/api/rest/handler/model.go
  • Add Request struct for On-Premise/Cloud user migration model
  • Add parameters to distinguish Init model and Updated model
  • Add parameters to distinguish On-Premise migration model and Cloud migration model
• Update REST API URL path
  • Ex) /model/onprem/:id -> /onpreminfra/:id
• Update Swagger API docs
