Adding metric profiles for index step #693

Description

The idea is to add a reusable index step in PROW and invoke a know list of metrics profiles. PR in PROW: https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/51249. So adding metrics profiles in the kube-burner-ocp-wrapper directory so that they can be invoked from PROW for indexing post run metrics.

Metrics profiles can be extracted from a workad of kube-burner-ocp

The idea is to invoke these metric profiles from the reusable index step that we have in PROW: https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/51249
