Description

This PR adds ability to deploy dittybopper with custom template if desired.

Hi @rsevilla87 - In my specific use case, I had to add new Datasource with Thanos Querier for user workload , so that required to edit the existing template to view all perf. metrics in single dittybopper instance. I figured it would probably be useful to have option for user-defined templates similar to the the way it supports importing custom grafana dashboards. Thanks!
