Sort all panel legends max descending #54

Legends in nearly all panels on OpenShift Performance dashboard are sorted by "max" ascending. When only 1-3 lines fit in the legend, this can require a lot of extraneous clicking, when I usually require a descending sort.

Please consider sorting the legends by max column descending.

Looks like the setting for that is: legend_sortDesc
