Polling Configuration under Event Management additional timezone options #542

Description

The Event Management docs page needs to be updated to include a descriptions that we have the ability to use geographic locations instead of timezones. This allows a user to not have to specify daylight savings which can change twice a year.

Example 1: EST/EDT = America/New_York

Example 2: Change FROM: Examples of the timezone are GMT, EST, etc. TO: Examples of the timezone are GMT, EST, etc (geographic zones work as well i.e. America/New_York, America/Denver)
