Remove anchors #126

Resolves error when attempting to set pipeline with a yaml file that contains anchors by moving anchor to the beginning of the file. Also fixes two missing quotation marks.

Per @mxplusb, in the recent version of the fly cli, the anchors have to be at the top of the page

So, instead of removing the anchors, this should be changed to define them at the top
