Use existing user credentials with LE v1 api.

I'm a huge fan of continual deployment, but given the quality of our tests and the thin team attention we have, I'm very uncomfortable with enabling that for this repository: https://github.com/18F/cf-cdn-service-broker/pull/127/commits/4493edbf257cbcfd3f83ddf61280569d0c987cc8

A bug in this broker can take down production sites. I'd rather keep the auto-deploy-to-prod turned off for now.
