As an SRE, I should be able to refer to a runbook for general system and service overview, operational procedure reference, FAQs, points of contact, support and other critical account info, diagrams, and other information necessary to easily and effectively support the product.
Going to be tying some new documentation process for this, hopefully we can cover this story with documentation outputs from other stories currently in progress. Another good example is 18F/cg-site#457.
