Dots in bucket names causing CC warnings #149

In the CG CF Stage deployment, the following WARNINGs are seen in cloud_controller_ng_ctl.err.log:

[2016-08-22 17:48:29+0000] [fog][WARNING] fog: the specified s3 bucket name(BUCKET.NAME.HERE) contains a '.' so is not
