@adrianwebb @dlapiduz This is part 2/2 of slack notification support in concourse. See also 18f/cg-pipelines#7 for Part 1. Note: this will probably blow up unless the concourse pipeline is updated with changes from Part 1, and the upload-slack-notifications-release job is run before hand.

@LinuxBozo Has this been tested now? It looks pretty straight forward to me.

@adrianwebb yes, as of this morning, it has been tested within staging concourse, and works. I was able to send a test alert to slack.
