https://crime-data-explorer.fr.cloud.gov/ is a broken link which appears on the homepage and on https://cloud.gov/2017/08/11/continuous-improvement-more-tools-help-use-cloud-gov/

Based on chat w/ Mark, let's replace this with a new customer story, for the homepage. @ArsHaider anyone you wanna nominate? Do we need a new use case or is there another spare one we can use?
