Set up backend queries for app related information

We want to survey what information we can pull from the API about applications for users who want to quickly check on the status of their app, then set up queries to obtain this information as needed. UI has not been designed and there is no need to display this information yet.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Research into information related to applications
• [ ] CF functions set up to query the API about a specific application's information
• [ ] Controller function that demonstrates how to combine different API results into one dataset

We're hitting pause on this issue as we shift to focusing on billing over application observability. Here are some resources for future folks, however:

Research update

• List of API endpoints that might be valuable, and a guess at the lifecycle of an app (because we may need to be tracking deployments, droplets, etc) 🔐
• Potential mapping of app info currently available in Stratos and API endpoints 🔐

Development update

I had started getting info about app processes (where the bulk of the good summary stuff lives) and the services (via credential bindings) when we decided to put down this work.
