Questions we plan on opening the door to:
In 202X, what does the dashboard do?
What impact did it create at cloud?
What other epics/feature opportunities could exist down the road?
What capacity and/or resources would be needed to achieve this future?
See an example of a product visioning document pulled together from another project using this framework.
Definition of Done
[ ] Alignment on what the goals/design of this workshop could be, not limited to be including: the format, attendees, outcomes, and what would be most helpful for Cloud
[ ] Entire team received clarity on what vision we could be chasing and documented in the workshop what we learned from each other and the engagement thus far.
[ ] Clear information we can use to update the Dashboard Product Brief/Product Visioning docs.
