Write answers to followup questions from technical reviewers

In order for the JAB TRs to understand our system, they need answers to a few followup questions as soon as we can provide them. These include:

• A complete listing and description of external (outside the boundary) services that are required to operate cloud.gov. What is the service, where is it located, how is it used, what data types pass through it, and what measures are in place to address availability issues?
• A write-up describing the background & rationale behind the decision to build cloud.gov using the Cloud Foundry open source platform, and decision to openly share system information.
• Various DNS questions.

We're drafting these in Google Docs: services, working in the open, and DNS.

Acceptance criteria:

We've sent the following to our PMO so that they can send them to the TRs:

I made a new doc for the DNS questions.

These are complete and sent. For now, I organized them into a folder within our Comms folder called Compliance documentation needs. Likely we should integrate this information into the SSP somehow, but that isn't an urgent need at this moment.
