Add URI to elastic credentials. #29

Does this get automatically deployed? Just tested by creating a new service instance, but didn't see a uri.

and are there any steps for getting the uri for existing instances. i think @afeld tried to unbind and rebind right?

This does deploy automatically, but we ran into some unrelated issues with the kubernetes deployment yesterday that blocked this from going out. This change should be available on production now.
