To understand and improve the ATO process for cloud.gov Pages customers , we wil go through the CRM and ATO process ourselves.

• [x] Walk through filling out the CRM on a site ourselves
• [x] Use current GSA ATO process to put together a template
• ~Record and review pain points and possible improvements~
