Investigate displaying the scans in the browser before download

As a user, I want to be able to see my site's build task scan results in the Pages application with the ability to download or export the scan results into another medium.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Investigate how this could be integrated using the current build task artifacts
• [x] Identify other export opportunities in the build task process to facilitate the the view and export of these results
• [x] Create plan for new views that allows users to view their build task scans in the Pages app.
