Let's add placeholder pages for all of the required content/policy pages as defined by digital.gov:

  1. About Page
  2. Accessibility Statement
  3. Budget and Performance Reports
  4. Equal Employment
  5. External Links
  6. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
  7. Government Customer Support
  8. Privacy Policy
  9. Report Fraud to the Inspector General
  10. Security
