In order to user newer vm types and gain performance increases, the bosh directors need to be modified to use the newer instance types. For environments lower than master, be sure the story for adding new instance types to the cloud config is completed first (https://github.com/cloud-gov/product/issues/2934).
Acceptance Criteria
[x] GIVEN a master bosh, modify the ops file(s) which control the instance type used. Verify post deployment with AWS console.
[x] Given a tooling/dev/stage/prod bosh director, modify the ops file(s) which control the instance type. Verify post deployment with AWS.
