Fix opensearch_data occasional unresponsive VM #2941

Opensearch dashboard will have a data vm become unresponive and unable to be sshed on when left alone for awhile. Possible actions to debug that might work are

to jump on opensearch_manager to see logs relating to connections
check AWS for VM metrics

After digging i haven't seen anything constant. The cpu usage is stable at 60%, the logs show no reason for unresponive and the only thing to fail is Aide which can be fixed easily
