Address SSP points for AU, CA, CM, CP, MA, MP, RA, PS raised in JAB Q&A sessions

In order to satisfy the needs of the JAB technical reviewers, we want comments in the latest version of the "Cloud.gov JAB Review Comments Workbook Master" referring to SSP sections AU, CA, CM, CP, MA, MP, RA, PS left in the "active" state to be addressed via an updated SSP.

This needs to be done by 11/29.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] We have a draft of our SSP in MAX.gov with these sections and families updated.
• [x] CIS is updated to reflect these changes.
• [ ] We've emailed our PMO to let them know we've done this.

We've uploaded version 1.19 with updates for most of these.

There are 7 remaining incomplete items in these families:

• [x] 91, 1086, 92 - AU-8 and AU-8 (1)
• [x] 1096 - CM-2 (2)
• [x] 1130 - CP-6 (3)
• [x] 1189 and 1190 - RA-2 and RA-3

We've uploaded SSP version 1.20 with updates. The only remaining item that needs work here is RA-2.

We resolved RA-2 in version 1.21. We'll ship this update to our PMO along with other updates to other families, so I moved this to "awaiting acceptance".
