In order to keep our system secure and running smoothly, we need to update Open JDK to account for recent security patches. The latest release is greater than 7u331 / 8u322 / 11.0.14 / 13.0.10 / 15.0.6 / 17.0.2 / 18.0.0

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Open JDK is updated to a version greater than 7u331 / 8u322 / 11.0.14 / 13.0.10 / 15.0.6 / 17.0.2 / 18.0.0

This has been addressed in the latest bosh release.
