Answers from hotels so far:

Holiday Inn: discount plus form to fill out for reservations and send back directly; form is stored in Gdrive "finance/quotes/hotesl/HolidayInn"; 30 room reserved until 08.09.2024
Phils Place: 10% discount; people need to contact directly via hello@phils.place and mentioning the Promo code "KCDXPHILS"
Austria Trend Hotel Bosei: we'll get a discount code of 15% for their website
