Improve meetup template text for organizers #101

The meetup.com pricing changes announcement would be important for every organizer to send out ASAP IMO, to keep confusion in the community a minimum.

The only part that doesnt fit us in Aarhus is that people have their talk title and short abstract ready minimum a month before as this really helps in terms of more marketing for the event. But this isnt a deal break just want to make our process transparent.

I think its a good idea to write members of our groups to let them know about the fee does not apply to our groups.
