DSP = Data Science Pipeline, runtime config is automatically created.
- Important: Pipeline Server should be running/created before the first start of workbench
- Simple restart of workbench is not enough to trigger the regeneration of dsp runtime config. You have to recreated or make huge changes on the workbench.

Let's try OpenShift EUS 2.8.x

As discusses with @nexus-Six, let's start the pipeline server during provisioning to avoid any problems during a workshop.
