Try to delete Failed and dupicated operator...

Fresh deployed cluster, all looks good. Close...

New Development cluster has the DevWorkspace Operator issue:

Mh that could be a problem with web-terminal & devspaces installation.

Test env have the same problem, with an alert as well:

CsvAbnormalFailedOver2Min Failed to install Operator devworkspace-operator.v0.28.0 version 0.28.0. Reason-InterOperatorGroupOwnerConflict
