@therayy, please see my comments as I believe you want to add a recipe to deploy the DP operator and not the instance. Also, this PR has a conflict that needs to be addressed.

@therayy, can you update the Validation step to include the cmds to verify the status of the CommonService and PN CR and also the cmd to get the PN console. Have a look at the MQ or ACE recipe for reference.
