OC & Kubectl CLI Error with pipeline

Describe the bug I tried to use OC or Kubectl Pipeline or namespace but it gives error

To Reproduce Download the latest version of OC or Kubectl

oc pipeline Error: unknown command "pipeline" for "oc" Run 'oc --help' for usage.

Expected behavior OC pipeline should instead of using igc pipeline
