Wrong ArgoCD Setup link in the Continuous Delivery page #454

Describe the bug The link in the Continuous Delivery page is pointing to the Artifactory Setup, instead of the ArgoCD Setup.

To Reproduce

https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/guides/continuous-delivery/#configuring-gitops-with-argo-cd
Click ArgoCD Setup link.
You will be directed to the Artifactory Setup page (https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/admin/artifactory-setup/) instead of the ArgoCD Setup one (https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/admin/argocd-setup)

Expected behavior Point to the right page
