Describe the bug A user reported that the workshop fails on ROKS OCP 4.7

To Reproduce

Reports error

error: replication controller "gogs-1" has failed progressing

If someone can reproduce please add more info on the environment

oc get all -n tools

I can not reproduce. Toolkit Workshop install took: 11m3s
