Update Git Ops link for Gitea instead of Gogs

@seansund I'm having issues with adding the console like annotations to the Gitea route because that route is managed by the operator that installs Gitea and can revert my changes.

Do we have another approach? What is the ConfigMap object I see in the cron job helm chart?

Maybe I should stick with using the scripts that add the consolelink yaml directly?
