Where applicable, the BOMs should use the storage class manager so we can assign storage class names once and have the generated terraform auto-wire with the storage class manager. That way we aren't creating lots of storage class vars/values in multiple places. This is what we are doing with MAS Core, and will be doing for CP4D.
